SHIPPING POLICY
THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES THAT THE SHIPPING CALCULATOR HAS NOT ADDED SHIPPING TO ORDERS, I WILL SEND OUT AN INVOICE FOR SHIPPING, I TRY TO MAKE SHIPPING AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE. Our Shipping prices are by weight and size of package. International shipping has become very expensive. I will try and ship the most reasonable shipping rate for the size and weight of package as possible. All United State orders will include Delivery Confirmation, but at this time according to the USPS there is no International Delivery Confirmation offered. Currently we have shipping cost for the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. If you are in another country email for shipping cost as it varies from Country to Country.
FORMS OF PAYMENT We take all major credit cards and echecks thru Paypal. Our Paypal is a business account and we can process all major credit cards and echecks thru them even if you do not have a paypal account. |
OUR GUARANTEE OF QUALITY
Every product you buy from us must be free of defects, or you may return it immediately for replacement or refund. If you recieve a damaged or defective product, and contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, we will either replace the item or give you a 100% refund. If you receive an item that you are not happy with but is not defective or different from the item description we will return your money minus shipping cost. Any videos or dvds will be replaced if damaged with the same item. Since videos and dvds can be copied they are nonrefundable.
